In these challenging times, the older people remain one of the most vulnerable groups facing displacement and its many hardships. Amel’s Older People Program, long dedicated to providing inclusive care both in our centers and through home visits, continues to stand by those in need. Now, our commitment extends even further, reaching collective shelters where we provide essential healthcare and holistic support to older people individuals displaced from their homes.
We are ensuring that no one is left behind, especially those who need us most.
في هذه الأوقات الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد، كبار السن هم من بين أكثر الفئات ضعفًا التي تواجه آثار التهجير والحرب، وما يترتب على ذلك من أثقال صحية ونفسية. برنامج كبار السن في “عامل”، الذي كان مكرسًا منذ زمن طويل لتقديم الرعاية الشاملة ضمن مراكزنا ومن خلال زيارات الرعاية المنزلية، ملتزم بالوقوف إلى جانبهم. والآن، يتواصل العمل ليشمل الملاجئ الجماعية حيث نقدم الرعاية الصحية والدعم الشامل لكبار السن الذين تم تهجيرهم من منازلهم.
نعمل كي لا يُترك أحد وحيداً ومهملاً، خاصة أولئك الذين يحتاجون إلينا أكثر من أي وقت مضى.
