Today we welcome a new leader to help us move our program through the next stages of growth. We are delighted to have Carla Santamaria as Chief Coaching Officer at Amel Association Houston! She will be here to support our current coach volunteers navigate the needs of our beneficiaries, find new pools of coaches to assist in our expansion, and build the Amel coaching model that best fits our partner needs.
Carla is a leadership coach with expertise in coaching and mentoring executives, mid-level managers and emerging leaders.
She excelled as an executive leader in the energy industry with one of the world’s Top 10 Fortune 500 companies. Her diverse experience in working with leaders across multiple cultures has helped propel her coaching talent to where it is today.She is driven by positively impacting the lives of others with a passion for accelerating the advancement of emerging talent.
